About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Thomson Reuters. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for attaining sales and renewal targets and quotas on a monthly basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate the use of our Tax & Accounting products to customers
  • Obtain and provide territory information regarding market intelligence and penetration
  • Confer with and assist in customer-related issues as needed to maintain good customer relations
  • Complete weekly sales performance reports and completes all CRM reporting in a timely and accurate manner
  • Drive strategic initiatives supported by assigned account team consisting of Sales Development Representative, Account Development Representative and Solutions Consultants to drive growth in assigned territory
  • Leverage sales automation tools and data insights to engage prospects and expedite sales cycles
  • Attend sales meetings and conventions as required
About You

We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record of quota attainment and a strong background in SaaS sales. You should have excellent communication skills, presentation skills, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

Key qualifications include:

  • Minimum 5+ years successful SaaS sales experience in an Account Executive role
  • Proven/consistent track record of quota attainment
  • Software as a Service Sales (SAAS) experience
  • Working knowledge of sales concepts, methods and techniques
  • Excellent communication skills & presentation skills to maximize phone and virtual client meetings/presentations
  • Strong prospecting and closing skills
  • Strong time management and organization skills
  • Ambitious self-starter with high energy and motivation
  • Highly proficient in MS Office suite, utilizing a CRM (such as Salesforce preferred) and overall technical aptitude
  • Continuous learner, flexible and open-minded, positive attitude
  • High level of integrity and understanding of sales ethics
