Job Summary

The Office Manager is a key member of the Youth Villages team, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Administration: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing supplies, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a clean and safe working environment.
  • Support Services: Provide administrative support to staff, including onboarding new hires, updating staff directories, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including maintaining accurate records and ensuring proper safety protocols are in place.
  • Communication and Coordination: Serve as a liaison between departments, coordinating meetings, events, and training sessions as needed.
  • Financial Management: Manage petty cash, reconcile invoices, and oversee the maintenance of subcontractor contracts.
Requirements
  • A High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Two years of administrative experience is preferred.
