Position Summary
The Food and Beverage Supervisor plays a vital role in supporting the management team across various dining operations, including breakfast, restaurant, and banquet services. This position requires active participation in daily operations while providing leadership and guidance to the F&B team.

Key Responsibilities
• Serve as Manager on Duty during meal services.
• Facilitate training and development for restaurant and bar personnel.
• Generate daily reports detailing operational metrics.
• Oversee restaurant and breakfast staff during service, assisting with bussing and food running as necessary.
• Communicate daily specials and expectations to staff.
• Supervise opening and closing procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify new business opportunities.
• Meet regularly with the Restaurant Manager to discuss project progress and future tasks.
• Address urgent requests or issues promptly with management.
• Assist in planning and executing catering and banquet events.
• Maintain the breakfast area to the highest standards throughout service hours.
• Conduct daily inventory checks and restock supplies as needed.
• Uphold service and presentation standards.
• Aid in the creation of weekly staff schedules.
• Exhibit visible leadership to hotel guests.
• Support food ordering processes for breakfast.
• Mentor staff based on feedback from department managers.
• Complete assigned reports and paperwork in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with management on payroll matters.
• Engage with all facets of the F&B department, including breakfast, lounge, and banquets.
• Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• A minimum of one year of experience in food and beverage management is preferred.
• Experience in the hotel industry is advantageous.

Work Environment
This role requires the ability to stand, walk, and be on your feet for extended periods. Employees may work in varying conditions, including wet and humid environments, and must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
