About the Role:

As a Guest Experience Supervisor at Chick-fil-A, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of 20+ and manage business operations in a fast-paced restaurant environment. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of 20+ and provide guidance and support to ensure successful execution of restaurant operations.
  • Restaurant Operations: Serve and lead in restaurant operations 35-40 hours/week, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and quality service.
  • Project Management: Assist with social media and advertising for events, and lead systems and processes to ensure consistent execution of food safety, food quality, and customer service.
  • Process Improvement: Ensure processes are in place to provide remarkable guest experiences, and maintain current restaurant POP with accurate pricing, campaigns, and appropriate signage based on business plan.
  • Catering and Delivery: Exceed expectations with the guest experience in catering pickup and delivery.
