Job Purpose

As a Salesforce Solutions Architect, you will play a pivotal role in configuring, administering, and managing our Salesforce environment. This position requires a unique blend of administrative acumen, technical prowess, and collaborative spirit to support our diverse business objectives across various departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and maintain the Salesforce platform, ensuring optimal data integrity and security.
  • Conduct regular system audits and prepare for Salesforce updates.
  • Create and manage custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, and workflows.
  • Facilitate user setup, profiles, and roles, while providing training and support to users.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytical tools to meet business needs.
  • Design and implement custom solutions utilizing Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems and third-party applications through APIs.
  • Design and build custom applications and enhancements tailored to business requirements.
  • Execute data migrations, cleansing, and deduplication processes.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce-related challenges.
  • Identify and resolve system issues promptly to minimize operational disruptions.
  • Establish best practices for system maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective Salesforce solutions.
  • Stay informed about Salesforce updates, best practices, and industry trends.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of Salesforce development experience, including at least 2 years focused on Lightning projects.
  • Salesforce Administrator and Advanced Administrator certifications are advantageous.
  • At least 2 years of experience with Marketing Cloud.
  • Proficient in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
  • Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce development tools.
  • Experience in designing custom objects, fields, workflows, and reports.
  • Familiarity with digital engagement and Lightning web component (LWC) development.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations, including REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Ability to develop and manage deployable packages across multiple environments.
  • Skilled in provisioning new environments and configuring Sandboxes for testing.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively consult with customers on Salesforce solutions.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of translating business needs into technical solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, thriving in a collaborative team environment.

Education Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
