We are seeking a highly skilled Luxury Maison Concierge to join our team at a luxury jewelry brand in New York. This is a full-time position with the possibility of becoming permanent.
Job Duties:- Provide exceptional customer service and hospitality to clients visiting the boutique.
- Act as the primary point of contact and deliver a luxury experience, brand introduction, and white-glove service to clients.
- Assist with booking appointments and communicate with team members/managers to ensure seamless appointment flow.
- Direct clients to Sales Associates or Managers and support beverage services.
- Manage incoming calls, internal team communications, and in-person client inquiries.
- Proven experience in luxury customer service from Fashion, Hospitality, or High-End Customer Service industries.
- Excellent communication and client relationship building skills.
- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for extended periods.
