Role Overview

As a Customer Service Representative for a luxury fashion brand, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences. Reporting to the Assistant Boutique Manager, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing timely, professional, and engaging interactions. Your primary goal is to ensure that every customer leaves the boutique feeling valued and satisfied.

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers in a timely and professional manner
Direct visitors to the appropriate person within the boutique
Manage inbound calls and provide written responses to customers' inquiries via email and chat
