Role Overview

The Luxury Jewelry Sales Specialist will serve as a brand ambassador, delivering exceptional customer experiences that align with the company's values and luxury standards. This role requires an individual who can foster strong relationships with clients, guide them through the purchasing experience, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the luxury market, excellent communication skills, and a passion for fine jewelry and craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales & Customer Service: Provide tailored customer experiences, exceeding client expectations through in-depth product knowledge and a sophisticated sales approach.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients, offering post-sale support that aligns with the brand's philosophy and values.
  • Sales Performance: Consistently achieve and surpass sales targets while ensuring the highest level of customer service and product presentation.
  • Brand Ambassador: Act as a brand advocate, conveying the client's history, craftsmanship, and design innovations with passion and expertise.
  • Store Operations: Support daily store operations, from managing inventory and handling transactions to assisting in maintaining visual merchandising standards that reflect the company's luxury brand image.

Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in luxury retail sales, preferably within the jewelry sector or related industries such as high-end hospitality or fashion.
  • Technical Proficiency: Competence in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and general computer literacy.
  • Behavioral Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, conflict resolution abilities, and attention to detail. The ability to work collaboratively in a team and autonomously, following corporate guidelines.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to connect with a diverse, luxury clientele, with a passion for fashion, art, and design trends.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree is preferred, with additional languages highly desirable.
