Astrix Technology is seeking a Business Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a Business Operations Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to our team, manage office supplies, and perform general office duties.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to employees, including answering phone calls and handling correspondence
  • Manage office supplies, including ordering and stocking
  • Perform general office duties, including filing and organizing documents
  • Coordinate meetings and prepare meeting rooms

Requirements

  • High School graduate or equivalent
  • AA Degree with 2 years' experience (nice to have)
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proficient computer knowledge, including Microsoft Word and Excel

Estimated Salary Range: $22 - $24 per hour
