New Haven Youth and Family Services, Inc. is a dynamic organization dedicated to providing exceptional support services to the community. We are currently seeking an experienced Business Office Coordinator to join our team.

This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to our Administrative Services department.

Job Summary:

  • Assist in the completion of billing and audits
  • Handle direct correspondence related to Melrose Administrative personnel
  • Maintain office mail, files, and prepare materials as assigned
  • Greet and provide information and assistance to visitors
  • Handle telephone, FAX, and written communication effectively
  • Assist in the completion of TBS billing
  • Must drive to Temecula location when needed
  • Perform other duties as deemed necessary for the fulfillment of program requirements

Qualifications:

  • Required: A High School diploma or its equivalent and one year of experience or three years of office experience
  • Ability to type 40 wpm
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
  • Ability to clear Community Care Licensing hiring requirements
  • Must have a CA driver's license, automobile, and evidence of automobile liability insurance
