Executive Culinary Leader

Compass Corporate is seeking a highly skilled Executive Chef to lead kitchen operations and drive excellence in meal preparation and service.
This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic culinary professional to oversee kitchen staff, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement menus that meet quality and cost control standards
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation
- Manage inventory and supplies to control costs and ensure product availability
- Conduct regular audits and reporting to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to staff development and growth opportunities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field, with 5+ years of progressive kitchen management experience
- High-volume, complex foodservice and catering experience
- Strong knowledge of food trends, cost control, sanitation, and presentation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ServSafe certification
