Job Overview

Compass Corporate is seeking a highly skilled Executive Chef to lead kitchen operations and drive excellence in meal preparation and service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement menus that meet quality and cost control standards
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation
  • Manage inventory and supplies to control costs and ensure product availability
  • Conduct regular audits and reporting to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to staff development and growth opportunities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field, with 5+ years of progressive kitchen management experience
  • High-volume, complex foodservice and catering experience
  • Strong knowledge of food trends, cost control, sanitation, and presentation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ServSafe certification
