Executive Culinary Director

The ideal candidate is a seasoned and creative chef with a flair for developing innovative culinary programs. As a key member of the Hutchinson Consulting team, you will lead a staff that thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This position reports directly to the ownership and requires a strong leader who can manage finances, produce high-quality food, and oversee menu creation.
Responsibilities:
- Manage kitchen operations and finances to ensure efficiency and profitability
- Develop and implement innovative culinary programs that meet the highest standards
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of chefs and kitchen staff
- Collaborate with the ownership to achieve business objectives and drive growth
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of kitchen experience, including leadership and supervisory roles
- Proven track record of success in managing budgets and leading high-performing teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
