Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative culinary programs that meet the highest standards
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of chefs and kitchen staff
  • Collaborate with the ownership to achieve business objectives and drive growth

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of kitchen experience, including leadership and supervisory roles
  • Proven track record of success in managing budgets and leading high-performing teams
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
