About the Role:

Gable Search Group is seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Representative to join our team and drive business growth for our analytical instruments line of mixers and extruders in the Western Region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to generate new business opportunities and effectively manage existing accounts.
  • Present to small and large audiences, including C-suite executives, production and lab managers, and technicians, to promote our products and services.
  • Qualify opportunities, develop and present proposals, and close business deals to meet and exceed sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience selling into the rubber, plastics, or food industries, with a preference for analytical instruments sales.
  • Excellent communication skills and business acumen, with the ability to work independently and with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Bachelor's degree in a natural sciences or engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Availability for frequent overnight travel (up to 75%).
  • Valid driver's license and passport.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive base salary range of $83,000 to $89,000.
  • An uncapped commission plan that pays monthly from day one, with bonuses for exceeding targets.
  • A monthly car allowance and mileage reimbursement.

  • A $10,000 anniversary bonus every five years.
