Sales and Service Leader

About the Role:
The Financial Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving individual and team financial results, engaging with customers, prospects, and referral sources, and representing the Bank in the community. This role requires strong leadership skills, as you will manage team performance, ensure operational soundness, and drive accountability to role expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Performance: Achieve set sales targets, engage with customers, and identify opportunities for growth.
- Team Management: Lead and develop high-performing teams, focusing on operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Customer Service: Foster collaborative partnerships, initiate conversations to uncover sales or referral opportunities, and deliver value to customers and colleagues.
- Operations and Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulations, bank policies, and procedures to manage risk related to credit, operational, reputational, regulatory, and legal aspects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of experience in sales, customer service, lending, or financial services, including supervisory experience.
- Or - High school diploma or GED with 8+ years of experience in sales, customer service, lending, or financial services, including supervisory experience.
- Must complete federal registration and annual renewal as required by the SAFE Act.
- Other preferred qualifications: understanding of retail banking products and services, ability to network and build centers of influence, and business development skills.
