Strategic Sales and Marketing Leader

Marvin Love and Associates is seeking a seasoned Director of Sales and Marketing to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will oversee the entire sales team and develop innovative sales and marketing strategies to maximize exposure and drive demand across all market segments.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the hotel's sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve revenue goals.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to maximize exposure and drive demand across all market segments.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key accounts, corporate clients, and travel partners.
- Oversee all aspects of the sales and marketing budget, including forecasting and revenue projections.
- Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and client feedback to continuously improve sales efforts.
Requirements
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Director of Sales and Marketing who can drive growth and lead our sales team to success. The ideal candidate will have:
- 7+ years of sales and marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role at a luxury hotel.
- Strong knowledge of Marriott systems, brand standards, and revenue management practices.
- Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to drive growth in corporate, group, and leisure markets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality; advanced degree preferred.
Compensation Package
We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a salary of $120,000 per year, plus a 20% annual bonus. In addition, we provide a full relocation package, comprehensive health benefits, 401k, and career development opportunities.
