Job Title: Director of Sales

Veritext LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Sales to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing essential support to our Account Executives and driving sales growth in our assigned markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a business plan and sales strategy to achieve company sales goals and profitability.
  • Lead and develop a team of Account Executives, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing action plans to penetrate new markets and expand our customer base.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and implement marketing plans that support our sales efforts.
  • Conduct regular reviews with Account Executives to provide feedback, coaching, and guidance to improve their sales performance.
  • Provide timely and accurate pricing and sales data to senior management, ensuring maximum profit margin.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, activity reports, and pricing submissions.
  • Develop and deliver proposal presentations and RFP responses to secure new business.
  • Assist Account Executives in preparing proposals and presentations.
  • Manage expenses to meet budget guidelines and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and/or five years of work experience in sales or a related field.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in sales leadership or a related role.
  • Knowledge of the legal services industry is a plus, but not required.
