Job Title: Finance Operations Admin

Charter Schools USA is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Operations Admin to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing operational support to the finance team and ensuring the smooth operation of various financial activities and programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the finance team, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.
  • Assist with the management of corporate credit card programs, including processing applications, vendor setup, and sales tax exemption applications.
  • Support the travel and expense program, including processing travel requests, reconciliations, and audits.
  • Assist with the management of financial systems, including NetSuite and other software applications.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal customers, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business-related field required.
  • 2+ years of related work experience.
  • Project management experience is preferred.
  • Proficient user of computer systems, with the ability to utilize MS software applications in a Windows environment, and learn other software applications quickly.
  • Experience with advanced Excel functions.
  • Experience with NetSuite.
