Job Title: Vice President, Media

At Publicis Groupe, we're looking for a seasoned media professional to lead our media strategy and account leadership efforts. As Vice President, Media, you'll provide strategic thought leadership and oversee a portfolio of client work and teams across that work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Counsel clients on best practices for incorporating paid social into their overall social strategy
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices across major platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, and Reddit
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of social media platforms and trends to guide account teams and contribute as a thought leader in the space
  • Provide competitive insights, drive results, and enhance performance to inform future content strategy
  • Work with directors and ADs to enhance reporting and strategy deliverables, facilitating workshops and ensuring outputs are best-in-class
  • Build rapport and trust with clients to foster growth within the partnership
  • Manage and oversee a team of junior-level strategists, directing the execution of social media analytics, content development, and distribution, paid promotions, and results reporting
Qualifications:
  • 12-15 years of paid social and digital experience at an interactive, advertising, public relations/communications, or other marketing agency
  • A creative, entrepreneurial spirit with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
  • Proven track record in driving partnerships and relationships with internal marketing functions/partners and synergies and collaboration across integrated marketing teams
  • Ability to manage through ambiguity and establish process and structure to help the team operate more effectively and efficiently
  • Extensive experience managing books of business with a record of driving strong business growth
  • Superior analytics skills with a deep understanding of sophisticated models and methodologies for measuring success
  • Ability to mentor and grow junior team members
