Job Overview

Baton Rouge Machine Works is a leading heavy industrial repair and manufacturing company seeking a skilled Sales Growth Manager to drive revenue expansion and strategic growth. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established company poised for expansion into new markets and continued growth.

The successful candidate will have a strong technical foundation, professional sales executive experience, and a proven track record of building, mentoring, and leading high-performing sales teams. They will be responsible for developing and implementing detailed sales and networking strategies, working closely with the existing sales team, and fostering joint sales and marketing efforts with other divisions of In-Place Machining.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement detailed sales and networking strategies for assigned customers
  • Work closely with the existing sales team to achieve sales growth and revenue expansion
  • Collaborate with other divisions to build relationships and foster joint sales and marketing efforts
  • Develop long-term sales plans to stabilize and grow sales within the existing customer base
  • Penetrate and grow new markets, including pulp and paper, wind, hydro, marine, refinery, chemical, and power generation

Requirements:

  • Strong technical foundation and professional sales executive experience
  • Proven track record of building, mentoring, and leading high-performing sales teams
  • Experience formulating sales strategies and implementing them
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
