Position: Talent Team Administrator - Full-time

Role Purpose: To support the administration of daily operations within the Talent Department, manage contractor content development, and provide administrative assistance to the Director of Talent.

As a member of the BELAY Corporate Team, you will engage in virtual and onsite meetings and calls, exemplifying the company's mission: BELAY exists to glorify God by delivering solutions that empower our clients to reach greater heights.

Key Responsibilities

Director Support:

  • Anticipate the director's needs and assist with task management, correspondence drafting, research, and meeting preparations.
  • Oversee complex scheduling and appointment arrangements, ensuring alignment with business priorities while considering personal preferences.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements as necessary.
  • Manage the director's email correspondence, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Prepare weekly expense reports and monitor reimbursement statuses.
  • Execute various ad-hoc tasks as required.

Team Support:

  • Handle communication with applicants through email and applicant tracking systems.
  • Address inquiries from internal and external sources regarding the application and interview processes.
  • Distribute agendas and recaps for Talent Meetings.
  • Organize in-person team meetings occurring periodically throughout the year.
  • Assist with ticket management related to contractor support.

Contractor Content & Community Engagement:

  • Support engagement initiatives on the LinkedIn Contractor connection page.
  • Assist in coordinating and creating content for community posts, resources, webinars, or events as needed.

Operational Duties:

  • Contribute to departmental projects and initiatives using project management tools.
  • Conduct background checks on behalf of clients as requested.
  • Manage monthly payouts for the Contractor Referral Program.
  • Oversee Frugal Wow initiatives for contractors and the Talent team.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Self-motivated, positive, loyal, and trustworthy individual.
  • Flexibility, creativity, strong organizational skills, and action-oriented mindset are essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Team-oriented individual willing to contribute to project completion.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting.
  • Prior experience in administrative roles.
  • Experience in content and graphic creation.
  • Proficient in managing LinkedIn accounts for strategic networking and brand promotion.
Working Conditions

BELAY operates as a virtual company, allowing full-time remote work. A dedicated and distraction-free workspace is required. Standard business hours are Monday through Friday, with some roles necessitating travel.

Compensation

Salary Range: $50,000 - $52,000
