Role Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate engagement activities between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and support meeting arrangements.
  • Conduct candidate reviews, screenings, pre-qualifications, and presentations.
  • Guide candidates through the initial stages of the application process.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and manage system administration.
  • Collaborate on various special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Experience in recruitment support, administration, or customer service is essential.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are a must.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems is preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google products, particularly calendars and email.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
  • Capacity to follow directions and execute plans effectively.
  • Attention to detail with a proven track record of follow-through in previous roles.

The salary range for this position is between $38,010 and $51,450, with compensation structured on an hourly basis as this role is classified as an RPO contractor position.
