Job Summary

CRH Americas Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Administrative Coordinator to provide administrative support to the Americas Talent Team. This is a full-time role based at our CRH Americas HQ in Atlanta.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate training programs and meetings, including reserving space, ordering materials, and sending communications to participants.
  • Manage the administration of assessments, such as KF 360 and DiSC, including processing orders, managing chargebacks, and maintaining certificate holder documents.
  • Follow up with the business on status reports and ensure that bills are paid and charged back to the appropriate group.
  • Coordinate HR Community Calls on a bi-monthly basis and manage the HR Contact list.
  • Assist with maintaining SharePoint sites, including HR Hub and Performance Management.
  • Perform various tasks with the LMS, such as recording completions, launching/assigning learning, and running reports.
  • Manage the payment and chargeback of invoices for the team.

Requirements

  • Associate degree preferred or equivalent in experience.
  • Minimum of 1+ years in an administrative role supporting a team required.
  • Meeting/event planning experience highly desired.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
