About the Role

Beacon Hill is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Talent Acquisition Assistant. This is a contract role that requires excellent communication and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews for local and international candidates, ensuring timely arrangements and handling frequent schedule changes with expertise in Outlook.
  • Candidate Support: Provide ongoing support for candidate inquiries throughout the process, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Schedule Management: Ensure interviews are arranged promptly and efficiently, and handle any schedule changes that may arise.
  • Logistics and Facilities: Coordinate logistics and facilities for on-site and virtual interviews, working closely with local office contacts and managing platforms like Vidyo and WebEx.
  • Interview Materials: Prepare and organize interview materials, including schedules and resumes, and set up virtual interviews as needed.
Requirements
  • Experience: Over two years of experience in administrative or HR support roles.
  • Technical Skills: Extensive experience using MS Outlook, especially for calendar management and scheduling, and over one year of experience working with an HRIS or applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Education: Bachelor's degree and proficiency in Microsoft Office suites.
