Position: Talent Team Administrator - Full-time
BELAY is a dynamic and expanding company based in Atlanta, GA, specializing in virtual staffing solutions across various domains, including Virtual Assistants, Virtual Bookkeepers, Website Specialists, and Social Media Managers. Below are the essential requirements for this position.
Role Purpose: To support the Talent Department in managing daily operations, oversee contractor content development, and provide administrative assistance to the Director of Talent.
As a member of the BELAY Corporate Team, participation in virtual and in-person meetings is expected, embodying the company's mission: BELAY exists to glorify God by delivering solutions that empower our clients to reach new heights.
Key ResponsibilitiesProfessional Representation
- Represent BELAY positively and professionally.
- Embody our Core Values and Mission Statement to promote BELAY's culture daily.
- Collaborate effectively with teammates while fostering a positive and professional environment.
Support for the Director
- Anticipate the director's needs, assisting with task management, correspondence drafting, research, and meeting preparations.
- Manage complex scheduling and appointments, prioritizing tasks effectively while considering professional and personal commitments.
- Coordinate travel arrangements as necessary.
- Handle email correspondence, ensuring confidentiality and privacy.
- Submit weekly expense reports and monitor reimbursement statuses.
- Assist with any ad-hoc tasks or projects as required.
Team Collaboration
- Manage communication with applicants through the inbox and applicant tracking system.
- Address inquiries from internal and external sources regarding the application and interview processes.
- Distribute Talent Meeting agendas and recaps.
- Organize in-person team meetings occurring periodically.
- Assist with contractor support ticket management.
Contractor Engagement & Content Support
- Facilitate engagement on the LinkedIn Contractor connection page.
- Assist in coordinating and creating content for community posts, resources, webinars, or events as needed.
Operational Duties
- Support the completion of departmental projects using project management tools.
- Conduct background checks for clients upon request.
- Manage monthly payouts for the Contractor Referral Program.
- Oversee the Frugal Wow initiative for contractors and the Talent team.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Self-motivated, positive thinker with loyalty and trustworthiness.
- Flexibility, creativity, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach are essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- A collaborative team player willing to contribute to project completion.
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting.
- Prior experience in administrative roles.
- Experience in content and graphic creation.
- Proficient in managing LinkedIn accounts for strategic networking.
BELAY operates as a virtual company, allowing full-time remote work. A dedicated and distraction-free workspace is essential. Standard business hours are Monday through Friday, with some roles requiring travel.
CompensationThis position is a full-time, non-exempt, W-2 role with a salary range of $50,000 - $52,000.
