Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Position Overview:
The Recruitment Specialist is integral to enhancing our hiring initiatives and ensuring a seamless candidate journey from application to onboarding. This role demands exceptional organizational capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to excel in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Talent Acquisition Partner by coordinating interviews between candidates and the interview panel, ensuring clear communication and guidance for respective locations.
- Deliver updates to HR Business Partners, hiring managers, and candidates regarding background checks and drug screening processes.
- Oversee administrative functions throughout the complete recruitment lifecycle for various roles within the organization, from job postings to offer acceptance.
- Manage interview scheduling and maintain communication with candidates throughout the selection process.
- Facilitate the organization of on-site interviews, including room bookings.
- Ensure timely and precise data entry and upkeep of candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Onboarding System.
- Collaborate with the HR team to refine recruitment processes and implement best practices.
- Support onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Occasionally assist the Talent Acquisition Partner in sourcing candidates through various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, professional networks).
- Participate in special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in an administrative role is advantageous.

- Adaptability and flexibility in a decentralized process environment.
- Strong planning, prioritization, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a high-performing team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proven capability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Creative problem-solver with a demonstrated intellectual curiosity.
- Ability to quickly build and maintain credibility with key stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Consultative skills and experience are essential.
- Track record of taking initiative and managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality.
- High emotional intelligence and business insight, with an understanding of how Talent Acquisition aligns with broader organizational goals.
Technical Proficiencies:
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Experience with iCIMS or other Applicant Tracking Systems is preferred.
- Familiarity with UKG is a plus.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter is beneficial.
Work Environment:
- Typical office setting.
- This role will be hybrid, with expectations of being in the office a few times a week.
