Position Overview:

The Recruitment Specialist is integral to enhancing our hiring initiatives and ensuring a seamless candidate journey from application to onboarding. This role demands exceptional organizational capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to excel in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Talent Acquisition Partner by coordinating interviews between candidates and the interview panel, ensuring clear communication and guidance for respective locations.
  • Deliver updates to HR Business Partners, hiring managers, and candidates regarding background checks and drug screening processes.
  • Oversee administrative functions throughout the complete recruitment lifecycle for various roles within the organization, from job postings to offer acceptance.
  • Manage interview scheduling and maintain communication with candidates throughout the selection process.
  • Facilitate the organization of on-site interviews, including room bookings.
  • Ensure timely and precise data entry and upkeep of candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Onboarding System.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to refine recruitment processes and implement best practices.
  • Support onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Occasionally assist the Talent Acquisition Partner in sourcing candidates through various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, professional networks).
  • Participate in special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is advantageous.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a high-performing team.

  • Ability to quickly build and maintain credibility with key stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Consultative skills and experience are essential.
  • Track record of taking initiative and managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • High emotional intelligence and business insight, with an understanding of how Talent Acquisition aligns with broader organizational goals.

Technical Proficiencies:

  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Experience with iCIMS or other Applicant Tracking Systems is preferred.
  • Familiarity with UKG is a plus.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter is beneficial.

Work Environment:

  • Typical office setting.
  • This role will be hybrid, with expectations of being in the office a few times a week.
