Role Purpose

The primary aim of this position is to support the daily operations of the Talent Department at BELAY, manage all contractor content development, and provide administrative assistance to the Director of Talent.

Key ResponsibilitiesDirector Support
  • Proactively assist the director with task management, correspondence drafting, research, and meeting preparations.
  • Oversee complex scheduling and appointment management, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements as necessary.
  • Manage email communications while upholding confidentiality.
  • Prepare and submit weekly expense reports.
  • Provide additional administrative support to the director's team as required.
Team Support
  • Handle communication with applicants through the applicant tracking system.
  • Address inquiries related to the application and interview processes.
  • Organize and distribute agendas and recaps for Talent Meetings.
  • Assist in planning in-person team meetings.
  • Support ticket management for contractor inquiries.
Contractor Content & Community Engagement
  • Facilitate engagement on the LinkedIn Contractor connection page.
  • Assist in the creation and coordination of community resources and events.
Operational Duties
  • Support departmental projects using project management tools.
  • Conduct background checks as requested.
  • Manage the monthly payouts for the Contractor Referral Program.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong integrity.
  • Demonstrated flexibility, creativity, and strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • A collaborative team player willing to contribute to projects as needed.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Prior experience in an administrative role.
  • Experience with content creation and graphic design.
  • Proficient in managing LinkedIn accounts for networking and branding.
Working Conditions

BELAY operates as a virtual company, allowing for full-time remote work. A dedicated workspace free from distractions is essential. Standard business hours are Monday through Friday, with some roles requiring travel.

Compensation

Salary Range: $50,000 - $52,000
