Job Summary

We are seeking highly skilled and dedicated professionals to join our team as Behavior Intervention Specialists at StaffVengers. In this role, you will work closely with students who require additional support to manage their behavior and achieve their academic goals.

About the Job

Salary Range: $17-$18 per hour

As a Behavior Intervention Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing behavior modification systems, school rules, and policies to help students decrease and avoid inappropriate behaviors. You will also provide academic support by accompanying students to all classes and activities, and maintain documentation of student progress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement behavior modification systems, school rules, and policies to address student behavior.
  • Provide academic support to students, including accompanying them to classes and activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and behavior.
  • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other support staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Participate in meetings, committees, and professional development activities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
