We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Intervention Specialist to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering behavioral interventions to children, youth, and adults in their homes, residential settings, schools, or during community outings.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human services, preferably with experience working with the population served. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, as well as a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.

This is a part-time contract position, offering flexibility and autonomy in your work schedule. As a Behavioral Services Professional, you will be responsible for:

  • Participating in treatment planning and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Providing direct home-based behavioral health services and support, including therapy for the family.
  • Assisting in monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of interventions, ensuring symptom reduction and progress toward goals.
  • Maintaining strict confidentiality and adhering to all applicable regulatory licensure and accrediting regulations.
  • Participating in multi-disciplinary staffing and continuing education programs to stay up-to-date on best practices.
