Job Overview

About the Role:

  • Assess students' behavior and analyze data to determine the effectiveness of interventions
  • Develop and implement behavioral support strategies to promote positive outcomes
  • Train staff on implementing these strategies to ensure consistent and effective student support
  • Collaborate with parents, teachers, and specialists to develop a constructive learning environment
  • Maintain confidentiality of personal identifiable information

Qualifications:

  • Current Registered Behavior Technician certification required
  • Extensive knowledge of positive behavior support principles and practices
  • Considerable knowledge of disabilities and associated challenges for students
  • Ability to prepare clear and comprehensive reports, including Functional Behavioral Assessments and Behavior Intervention Plans
