We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) to join our team. The successful candidate will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized behavior intervention plans for clients diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.

The role encompasses:
  • Implementing ABA treatment plans under the guidance of a BCBA
  • Collecting and recording behavioral data
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop skill acquisition and behavior reduction procedures
  • Maintaining client confidentiality and adhering to ethical guidelines
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A current Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) certification
  • A high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
