We are seeking a skilled Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) to join our team. As a CBT, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized behavior intervention plans for clients diagnosed with ASD and other developmental disabilities. Your role will involve collecting and recording behavioral data, assisting in skill acquisition and behavior reduction procedures, maintaining client confidentiality, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and families.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Current Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) certification
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
$16.50 - $25 an hour
