We are seeking a skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Virtually Connected. As an Applied Behavior Analyst Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality ABA therapy for children and teens with autism.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field, as well as a minimum of two years of experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) in a multidisciplinary team setting. Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst is required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Select the most suitable assessments for learners and complete all necessary components on time.
  • Administer various assessments, including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Essential for Living, Functional Assessments, and Functional Analysis.
  • Develop comprehensive reports, such as functional behavior assessments, individual treatment plans, behavior intervention plans, and discharge summaries.
  • Implement behavioral skills training to teach direct care staff essential skills for client programs.
  • Train and supervise behavior technicians in the implementation of ABA procedures and interventions.
