The estimated salary for this role ranges from $98,491.00 to $209,028.00 per year, based on factors such as skill sets, experience, and training. This compensation range is reflective of the company's commitment to attracting and retaining top talent.

Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Strategist at Crowe, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of comprehensive recruiting strategies that align with the company's business objectives. This role will require you to collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify talent gaps, design innovative recruitment approaches, and leverage data-driven insights to inform hiring decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Sourcing: Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the healthcare finance, technology, and professional services sectors.
  • Recruitment Process Improvement: Collaborate with the recruitment team to design and implement efficient and effective recruitment processes that drive quality of hire and reduce time-to-hire.
  • Onboarding: Develop and execute a comprehensive onboarding program that ensures a seamless transition for new hires and sets them up for success in their roles.
  • Policy Development and Implementation: Collaborate with the HR team to develop, implement, and oversee hiring policies and procedures that ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Leadership: Provide inspirational leadership and mentorship to the recruitment team, driving high performance and engagement.
  • Compliance and Immigration: Maintain a working knowledge of employment laws and regulations, ensuring that all recruitment activities are compliant and effective.
  • Culture and Ethics: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that reflects the company's values and promotes a culture of excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in HR Talent Acquisition operations or a similar role, with a track record of increasing responsibility.
  • Experience working in fast-growth SAAS/technical start-ups as both an IC and a leader.
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems, processes, and compliance requirements.
  • Previous experience with HRIS systems such as Dayforce/Ceridian, Workday, and other HR-related software.
  • Self-starter with a natural tendency to take initiative, work independently, and effectively prioritize urgent tasks.
  • Excellent leadership and collaboration skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • High proficiency level across the Microsoft Office software suite.
