Associate Director, Talent Supply Chain Transformation

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Director to join our Talent Supply Chain Transformation team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting team members across Talent Supply Chain Transformation and Operations by creating strategies to support the adoption of changes required by a project or initiative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create strategies to support the adoption of changes required by a project or initiative
- Co-create and/or lead the creation of assets by providing input, documenting requirements, and/or supporting the design and delivery of required changes
- Facilitate change management activities with cross-functional team members and stakeholders to understand and ensure adoption of the transformation
- Lead and implement change initiatives related to business processes and technologies, supporting change management at the organizational level
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in Change management with exposure to Talent Supply, HCM or Workforce related process changes or transformations
- Proven experience of consulting to business leaders and designing, developing, and implementing organizational capability solutions
- Demonstrated ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences and establish and maintain strong relationships
