Cyberspace Operations Training Consultant - The Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned cyber operations specialist like you to apply your extensive knowledge.

Your role will involve guiding a development team in adopting innovative tools and methodologies, pinpointing and executing system enhancements, and providing mentorship to colleagues.

This position offers the chance to tackle challenges within the Department of Defense Cyber sector by collaborating with a development team to create tailored SharePoint-based solutions focused on user-centered design.

You will work closely with SharePoint designers and developers to ensure a fluid user experience utilizing jQuery plugins, REST API, SPServices, and custom workflows, as well as producing comprehensive documentation for client programs and associated portals, including user manuals, business processes, developer documentation, and administrative guides.

Your team will prioritize accessibility for all users by crafting a front end that operates seamlessly across various browsers, platforms, and devices while adhering to accessibility and security standards.

Support will be provided to a government client in the creation of On-the-Job Training Guides and Train-the-Trainer documentation that amalgamate elements from diverse sources of mission-critical tasks, including the Defense Cyberspace Warfare Framework (DCWF), Joint Mission Essential Task Lists (JMETLs), National Initiative for Cybersecurity Education (NICE), and specific operational requirements and standards of the government client.

Additionally, you will assist in evaluating the effectiveness of training, assessing training objectives for various functional roles, tracking observations and lessons learned, and aiding in the development of professional growth plans for personnel through a customized SharePoint interface.

With a focus on mentorship, constructive code reviews, and opportunities to acquire new skills and tools, we emphasize team growth to deliver optimal solutions for our clients.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in training
Experience with SharePoint solutions
Familiarity with Agile Software Development Life Cycle delivery teams
Capability to conduct solutions-oriented technical research
Active TS/SCI clearance; readiness to undergo a polygraph examination
Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications:

Qualifications:

Experience in developing and designing custom SharePoint solutions
Background in information and systems administration, database management, data analysis and visualization, research and development, and related technical skills
Experience in developing and maintaining standards and evaluation tools such as Joint standards for training, USAF JQS, Navy Personnel Qualification Standards (PQS), JMETs, DCWF, or NICE
Experience supporting a Combatant Command
Contributions to the development and maintenance of training documentation and guidance such as training curricula, Joint cyber training, and certification standards
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's unique combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.

The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 annually.

This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one aspect of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
