Role Overview :
As a Senior Consultant in Financial Management, you will collaborate with clients to enhance the efficiency of their financial operations. This elite team provides guidance on comprehensive financial oversight and corporate performance optimization.

The Advisory Financial Management team is well-versed in the fundamental operating environments of finance functions across various organizations, from emerging startups to large multinational corporations.

Candidates typically bring expertise in refining transactional processes and decision-making frameworks, advancing supporting technologies, and optimizing organizational structures to enhance process effectiveness and operational efficiency.

Essential skills include exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, alongside proficiency in change management.

Qualifications Required :
An ACTIVE and CURRENT TOP SECRET/SCI federal security clearance with a Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph; candidates must be prepared to upgrade to a Full Scope (FS) polygraph post-hire.
A Bachelor’s degree is required.
A minimum of THREE (3) years of experience in finance-related roles, such as budgeting, accounting, or auditing.

Preferred Qualifications :
An ACTIVE and CURRENT TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope (FS) polygraph is advantageous.
Professional certifications such as CPA, CGFM, or CDFM are desirable.
Demonstrated knowledge of federal accounting and auditing standards, including federal financial statement auditing, internal controls, audit liaison, financial reporting, and financial business process reengineering, as well as data analytics.

Comprehensive understanding of process improvement in areas such as shared services, outsourcing, finance transformation, performance management, financial systems optimization, and talent management is beneficial.
