Job Summary

Exigent Services is seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Policy Strategist to support the planning and programming processes of the Department of Defense (DoD). The ideal candidate will have expertise in data collection and analysis, product preparation, and participation to maximize organizational performance and enable critical mission success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct research, analysis, and coordination of strategy, policy, and doctrine for Cyberspace Operations at the national, DoD, service, and command levels.
  • Apply technical expertise to executive-level projects, analyzing and assessing future strategies, policies, and doctrines governing Cyberspace Operations.
  • Support interagency and coalition policy formulations on Cyberspace issues, ensuring authorities, concerns, and equities are accurately represented.
Requirements
  • An Active U.S. DoD Issued Public Trust or higher Security Clearance.
  • A Bachelor's Degree; Master's Degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience as a USG, DoD, or Combatant Command policy analyst.
  • Experience with conducting research and analysis and contributing to the coordination of strategy, policy, or doctrine for military operations.
  • Experience developing strategy with a future focus that guides activities of an organization and incorporates the vision and long-term goals of leadership.
  • Ability to develop reports and briefings on strategy activities.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
