Role Overview:
As a Field Sales Consultant at Midwest Block & Brick, your responsibilities will include:
- Establishing and Nurturing Customer Relationships
- Promoting the Company’s Product Line
- Identifying and Creating New Sales Opportunities
- Securing Sales Beyond the Company Premises
- Coordinating Appointments
- Engaging with Existing and Prospective Clients to Discuss Projects, Product Requirements, and Delivering Sales Presentations
- Crafting Professional Presentations of Our Offerings
- Participating in Conferences and Trade Exhibitions
- Keeping Customers Informed About Product Updates
- Maintaining Precise Account Records
- Assisting in Expense Management and Reporting
- Collaborating with Management to Develop Effective Sales Strategies
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will:
- Exhibit Strong Salesmanship While Upholding Company Confidentiality
- Possess Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrate a Sales-Driven Mindset
- Be Receptive to Constructive Feedback and Willing to Adapt Strategies
- Be an Effective Communicator and Team Player
