Job Summary:
As the New Car Sales Manager at All Star Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram in Bridgeton, Missouri, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sales team in order to maximize new car sales and revenue. This is a full-time, individual contributor role in the fast-paced and dynamic automotive industry. The successful candidate will have a passion for selling and knowledge of the auto industry, as well as excellent leadership and customer service skills.

Compensation & Benefits:
This position offers a competitive annual salary of $100,000 to $250,000, paid weekly. In addition, our company offers a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, 401k with company match, paid time off, and opportunities for career advancement.

Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a team of new car sales consultants, setting sales goals and monitoring performance to ensure quotas are met or exceeded
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase new car sales and achieve revenue targets
• Train and mentor sales team, providing ongoing coaching and feedback to improve performance
• Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
• Oversee inventory management and pricing strategies to maintain competitive pricing and meet profit targets
• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction by performing regular sales meetings and follow-up with customers
• Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and service, to streamline processes and improve overall customer experience
• Monitor and report on sales team and dealership performance to senior management

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
• 5+ years of proven success in new car sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership/supervisory role
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Strong knowledge of the automotive industry and sales process
• Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve goals
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and dealership management systems
