Essential Qualifications:

  • Robust understanding of human resources principles and administrative capabilities
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms, particularly in relation to timesheet and payroll management
  • Experience in recruitment processes
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work autonomously
  • Quick adaptability and strong communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Workday, especially in addressing employee inquiries
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline
  • Knowledge of employee benefits
  • Background in employee relations
  • Participation in specialized HR projects or initiatives

Key Responsibilities:

Insight Global is in search of an HR Operations Specialist for a 6-month contract role with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent position. This role is crucial in supporting various business units within an insurance firm, primarily focusing on a 24/7 call center environment. Responsibilities include:

  • Facilitating onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Managing job postings and recruitment efforts
  • Screening candidates to identify suitable applicants
  • Overseeing Workday functionalities and addressing employee questions
  • Performing administrative duties and providing HR support
  • Managing timesheet submissions and ensuring new hires have access to necessary internal systems

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in HR practices, experience in recruitment, and exceptional organizational skills. Additional qualifications such as a degree in HR, expertise in employee relations, and familiarity with call center operations will be advantageous.

Compensation Details:

Hourly rate ranges from $28 to $30.50, subject to variation based on skills, experience, and educational background.

Benefit packages commence on the 31st day of employment, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as options for HSA, FSA, and DCFSA accounts, alongside access to a 401k retirement plan with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as mandated by applicable laws.
