Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Customer Support Representative & Collections Specialist to join our team at Outgo. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction, mitigating outstanding customer debt, and fostering a positive relationship between our customers and our company.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat, while maintaining a solution-oriented mindset.
- Manage customer collection efforts and metrics, ensuring timely and effective communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Research and resolve account disputes and collection discrepancies, providing clear and concise solutions to customers.
- Assist customers, brokers, and internal staff with collections issues, documenting weekly collections activity and providing status updates.
- Negotiate payment plans with customers, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution of outstanding debts.
- Proven experience in technical support, preferably within the fintech industry.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools, such as Zendesk and Hubspot.
- Strong technical skills, with a deep understanding of fintech solutions and the trucking industry.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- 2-3 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $24-38 per hour, equivalent to $50,000-80,000 annually, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes fully paid individual health benefits, accrued time off, life insurance, and twelve holidays. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including stock options.
