About Absolutely Able Home Care:

Our Front Office Specialist/Scheduler is integral to the seamless functioning of our multi-physician and multi-practice operations.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Additional Duties:

  • Coordinate patient appointments and provide essential information
  • Confirm appointments to minimize no-show occurrences
  • Collect co-payments and uphold fee schedules
  • Verify insurance authorizations and manage fax communications
  • Engage with insurance providers for necessary authorizations and referrals
  • Handle a high volume of incoming calls
  • Accurately input patient information
  • Assist with provider credentialing and basic bookkeeping tasks
