Job Description

We are seeking a highly polished and personable Receptionist with a Hospitality Background to be the face of The Maverick Club. As the first point of contact for our distinguished members and guests, you will play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Warm Welcome and Greeting: Provide personalized service to members and guests upon arrival.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage front desk operations, including answering calls, responding to inquiries, and managing appointment bookings.
  • Member Support: Assist members with requests, such as making reservations for restaurants, travel, and other services.
  • Concierge Services: Coordinate with concierge and support teams to ensure a seamless experience for members.
  • Reception Area Maintenance: Maintain an organized and efficient reception area, ensuring it reflects the high standards of The Maverick Club.
  • Administrative Duties: Handle administrative duties, including managing mail, deliveries, and membership inquiries.
  • Anticipating Member Needs: Anticipate and respond to the needs of members, creating a welcoming and exclusive atmosphere.
  • Event Coordination: Support event coordination for in-house member events, ensuring every detail meets the standards of our clientele.
  • Confidentiality and Discretion: Uphold confidentiality and discretion in dealing with high-profile members.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a receptionist role, preferably in a high-end hospitality or luxury setting.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Adaptability: Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced, upscale environment.
  • Software Proficiency: Experience using front desk or reservation software is a plus.
  • Appearance and Demeanor: Polished, professional appearance and demeanor, in line with The Maverick Club's brand.
  • Proactivity: Must be proactive, resourceful, and capable of anticipating the needs of HNW clients.
  • Hospitality Background: Hospitality management or similar background is highly desirable.
