At P.B. Bell, we're seeking a highly organized and personable Receptionist to manage our front desk and perform a variety of administrative tasks. As the first point of contact for our company, you'll ensure a positive experience for all visitors and callers. Your responsibilities will include answering and screening incoming calls, greeting and welcoming visitors, maintaining calendars, and overseeing office services. If you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to handle a busy front desk, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and screen incoming calls, take and transmit messages.
  • Greet and welcome visitors, direct them to the appropriate person or office.
  • Maintain calendars for conference rooms and schedule meetings.
  • Oversee office services, including ordering supplies and ensuring office machines are in good working order.
  • Sort and distribute mail and deliveries.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials.
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.

Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to handle a busy front desk and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a related field is a plus.
