Customer Service Representative

Americold is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve customer issues related to work-orders, shipments, inventory counts, and other customer concerns
  • Provide clerical support, including maintaining accurate records and files, answering phones, and operating office equipment
  • Schedule loads and maintain updated reports to ensure all loads are empty and closed
  • Resolve refused product, over, short, and damaged (OS&D) orders in a timely and efficient manner
