Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Wichita, Kansas. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to policyholders, beneficiaries, agents, and internal customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide front-line phone customer service to policyholders, beneficiaries, agents, and internal customers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and strive to meet service standards.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with both internal and external customers to resolve questions and issues.
- Develop and maintain a solid working knowledge of the insurance industry and of all products, services, and processes performed by the team.
- Collaborate with management or other team members as appropriate to proactively address service issues and concerns.
Requirements:
- 1 year experience in an office environment
- 1 year experience using a computer with Microsoft Windows PC applications
- 6 Months of Work from home environment
- High school diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous insurance industry experience that required knowledge of life insurance and annuity policies
- Designated quiet area to complete calls while working from home
