Job Title: 2X10 Weekend Call Center Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused 2X10 Weekend Call Center Representative to join our team. As a key member of our contact center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients. This is a part-time position, working weekends, with opportunities for advancement and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilize sales skills to upgrade customer interactions and meet sales targets
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve sales and customer service skills

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating system

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous customer service or sales experience
  • State or Federal work experience
