  • Event Planning and Execution

  • Food and Beverage Operations
    • Assist in the management of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and ordering

  • Team Management

Requirements
  • Education
    • Minimum of two-year degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience
    • At least 5 years of experience in event planning and management, preferably in a high-volume food and beverage operation
    • Previous experience in supervising large teams and managing budgets
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
    • Proficiency in computer software and systems, including event planning and management tools
Working Conditions

The Biltmore Hotel is a dynamic and fast-paced work environment. The Banquet Coordinator will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. The position requires the ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
