- Design Delivery: Create user flows, wireframes, design mockups, and prototypes to effectively conceptualize new product initiatives, and work closely with developers to see designs through to deployment.
- Design Systems: Establish and maintain detailed user-interface patterns and specifications, ensuring consistency across products.
- Communication: Communicate complex design concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and levels of the organization.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with other product and design teams to drive design excellence and innovation.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior talent to develop their design skills and expertise.
- Design Experience: 10+ years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions.
- Design Expertise: Experience with best practices for User Interface Design, Information Architecture, and Interaction Design.
- Design Leadership: Experience in leading design projects from design strategy through execution, with a focus on driving design excellence and innovation.
- Data-Driven Design: Experience providing and effectively communicating strategic and tactical recommendations based on data.
- Design Tools: Experience designing and prototyping with tools such as Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, Axure, Keynote, and InVision.
