Overview:

Cordoba Corporation is in search of a Project Schedule Coordinator to support our initiatives in the Education Sector. In this vital role, you will be instrumental in overseeing the timelines of construction projects. Your duties will encompass the creation and upkeep of schedules, tracking project advancements, conducting quality assurance, and formulating conceptual what-if scenarios. With at least five years of experience in scheduling for educational facilities or public infrastructure projects, expertise in Primavera, and strong communication abilities, you will enhance our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and sustain comprehensive program schedules, identifying interdependencies, logic, milestones, and constraints for various construction projects.
  • Engage actively in project and program scheduling challenges while implementing best practices and standards.
  • Gather precise and timely updates on program schedules from project teams and perform quality assurance on the information received.
  • Design and construct conceptual what-if schedules for a range of project types, including large-scale, complex, multi-year initiatives.
  • Conduct Critical Path and Earned Value analyses.
  • Prepare ad-hoc reports and analyses as requested by management.

Qualifications:

  • Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management, or a bachelor’s degree in any field with an additional two (2) years of experience in Construction Scheduling to compensate for the educational requirement.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of full-time professional experience in Scheduling for an owner or General Contractor, ideally with experience on multiple educational facilities or public works projects.
  • Proficiency in the latest version of Primavera and MS Office Suite.
  • Experience with projects utilizing Design-Bid-Build and Design-Build delivery methods.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Outstanding organizational and planning capabilities.
  • Ability to foster effective working relationships with project teams and departmental staff.

Compensation: Salary range of $143,000 - $163,000 per year.
